Signature is verified
OpenCred checks the DMV's cryptographic signature — a forgery cannot pass.
Merchant gets a verified yes/no
A trustworthy result with zero personal data exchanged or stored.
Audit-ready. Each check can be recorded as a tamper-evident verification log — timestamp, result, and proof a valid DMV-signed credential was presented — without storing the customer’s identity. Due-diligence evidence for an ABC/BCC inspection, the same anonymized model as TruAge.
This demo uses California’s public test credential, not a real license. Production verification of real licenses requires DMV relying-party registration.
